Terms of Sale

Sales by correspondence: All wines are offered subject to remaining unsold. A sale is concluded only when we confirm availability and price by email and you accept in writing. Listed prices are in euro, per bottle, excluding delivery.
Age: We sell alcohol only to persons of legal drinking age in their country of residence. By enquiring you confirm that you meet this requirement.
Prices and offers: Market-referenced prices reflect European retail listings at the time of publication and may change without notice. Promotional prices apply while the allocation lasts.
Delivery: Shipments are insured and packed in temperature-safe materials. Delivery times and costs are quoted per destination before payment. Import duties and taxes in the destination country are the buyer’s responsibility.
Provenance and condition: We describe fill levels, labels and storage history accurately and photograph bottles on request before shipment. Natural and low-sulphite wines are sensitive; we do not accept returns for bottle variation typical of such wines.
